Built to Withstand the Arizona Sun & Monsoons
Your roof is the first line of defense against the intense Arizona heat and sudden monsoon storms. We don't just nail down shingles; we engineer roofing systems that provide long-lasting thermal protection and uncompromising waterproofing.
Concrete & Clay Tile Roofs
The iconic look of Arizona homes. We offer full tile R&R (Remove and Replace) services, upgrading your underlayment to premium synthetic materials that will drastically outlast standard 30lb felt.
Architectural Shingle Roofs
We install top-tier GAF and Owens Corning architectural shingles. These systems offer excellent wind resistance, UV protection, and beautiful dimensional curb appeal.
Standing Seam Metal Roofing
For ultimate durability and modern aesthetics, our custom-fabricated standing seam metal roofs reflect heat, shed water instantly, and can last over 50 years.
The Reroofing & Underlayment Process
In Arizona, the concrete or clay tiles on your roof can last 50+ years, but the felt underlayment beneath them typically degrades and fails after 15-20 years due to extreme heat baking the paper. Our Reroofing (R&R) process involves:
- ■ Carefully removing and stacking your existing tiles.
- ■ Stripping the old, degraded felt underlayment down to the wood deck.
- ■ Inspecting and replacing any rotted decking or damaged fascia boards.
- ■ Installing modern, high-heat modified bitumen or synthetic underlayment.
- ■ Reinstalling your tiles with fresh mortar, new flashings, and updated ventilation.
Signs You Need a Roof Replacement
1. Slipped or Broken Tiles
Exposed underlayment rapidly degrades in the sun, leading to leaks.
2. Water Stains on Ceilings
The most obvious sign that water has breached your roofing system.
3. Age (15+ Years)
If your roof hasn't been serviced since the early 2000s, the underlayment is likely brittle.
